Reflections on 2025 and Hopes for 2026
For the past three years I have chosen to spend time in reflection in December. It has become an incredibly meaningful practice for me. I go back through my calendar for the entire year and write down everything I did. I go back through my journals and write down things that happened. I highlight what I'm proud of, star what I want to do more of the next year and truly allow myself to marinate in the good things that happened that year. It's a practice of gratitude and celebr
