Darcy loves working with women who are committed to feeling good in their bodies because they have important things they want to do in the world. She has a background in yoga, fitness and restorative movement and has spent years slowing down workout classes in order to help people identify what's really going on in their bodies. She has faith in the healing power of the human body and absolutely loves seeing the pieces come together for women who are embracing their own journey of feeling good!
She works in person one-on-one with clients over the course of four months to help them build strength, mobility and balance.
